Abstract


The objective of career development is to improve the quality of work, expertise, and capabilities of employees in order to facilitate their advancement in accordance with their potential. The objective of this research is to investigate the impact of education, work performance, and the opportunities provided on the career development of employees at PT PLN (Persero) Madiun. Causal in design and quantitative in approach, this investigation is quantitative. The sample consisted of 199 employees. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS version 23. Challenges in professional growth, which may be influenced by factors such as education level, job performance, and opportunities, are the driving force behind this study. The data shows that education has a positive and significant effect on career advancement and work performance. Also, the chances offered by an organization are also a key factor in the success of the employees in promoting their careers.
