SISTEM PERBAIKAN BERKELANJUTAN UMKM TERDAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 DENGAN MENERAPKAN REKAYASA ULANG PROSES BISNIS

Abstract


Selain masalah klasik yaitu pemasaran, permodalan, legalitas, SDM dan produksi selama Pandemi Covid-19, UMKM menghadapi masalah lain: penurunan omset sebesar 78,4%, dari total 306 sampel sebanyak 96,4% UMKM Jawa Tengah.Mereka mengalami penurunan permintaan pasar. Akibat keterbatasan sumber daya, sebuah sistem baru yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kinerja bisnisnya. Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan model konseptual baru dalam mengembangkan sistem pendampingan usaha berkelanjutan bagi UMKM untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan bisnis dengan melakukan rekayasa ulang proses. Penelitian dilakukan dengan meninjau riset terdahulu, mencari celah dan mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah model sebagai dasar pengembangan sistem. Rekayasa ulang proses bisnis diawali dengan penyusunan model pemetaan fungsional yang melibatkan unsur hexaheliks. Dengan menerapkan model konseptual rekayasa ulang proses bisnis menggunakan indikator kinerja utama dapat membantu UMKM dalam melakukan rekayasa ulang proses melalui pendampingan usaha berkelanjutan oleh pihak kedua.
