MENGEVALUASI PENYEBAB MATERIAL SHORTAGE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS (RCA) DI PT. RMS
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab material shortage di PT. RMS menggunakan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA). Dengan menganalisa akar penyebab yang mengakibatkan material shortage di PT. RMS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah telah ditemukan penyebab utama terjadinya materials shortage yaitu Short Leadtime Order yang diakibatkan oleh kekurangan forecast yang disediakan oleh pelanggan.References
