Analysis of the Implementation of the Approling BK Application Using the CIPP Model at MAN 3 Sleman

Abstract


This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Approling BK application in guidance and counseling services at MAN 3 Sleman using the CIPP evaluation model. The CIPP model assesses context, input, process, and product aspects of Approling BK utilization. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with four BK teachers as key informants. The findings indicate that, in terms of context, Approling BK aligns with the school’s needs for data-based counseling services. Input aspects show adequate facilities, though teachers’ competence in using the application varies. The implementation process follows established procedures despite technical obstacles. Regarding the product, Approling BK contributes positively to the effectiveness of counseling services, especially in designing more targeted programs. The study recommends further training so that all BK teachers can optimally use the application..
