LAYANAN BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING KOLABORATIF DALAM MITIGASI DAMPAK SOSIAL PEMANFAATAN SEDIMEN LAUT PADA REMAJA DI KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstract


Pemanfaatan sedimen laut di Kabupaten Bintan merupakan kebijakan pembangunan pesisir yang bertujuan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi, namun berpotensi menimbulkan dampak sosial dan psikososial, khususnya bagi remaja. Perubahan lingkungan sosial yang cepat menempatkan remaja pada kondisi rentan terhadap kecemasan sosial, ambivalensi sikap, dan ketidakpastian orientasi masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dampak sosial pemanfaatan sedimen laut terhadap kondisi psikososial remaja serta mengkaji peran layanan bimbingan dan konseling kolaboratif sebagai strategi mitigasi sosial. Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan desain deskriptif analitis. Data diperoleh melalui Social Baseline Survey tahun 2025 yang meliputi survei sosial ekonomi, wawancara, observasi lapangan, dan studi dokumentasi di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Bintan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya persepsi ambivalen masyarakat, yaitu pengakuan terhadap manfaat ekonomi yang disertai kekhawatiran terhadap keberlanjutan sosial dan lingkungan. Kondisi ini berdampak pada meningkatnya kecemasan sosial dan ketidakpastian masa depan remaja. Temuan penelitian menegaskan bahwa layanan bimbingan dan konseling kolaboratif yang melibatkan sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas lokal berperan penting dalam memperkuat dukungan sosial, meningkatkan resiliensi remaja, dan memitigasi dampak sosial pembangunan pesisir.
