PENGARUH iPENGETAHUAN, iPELATIHAN, iPENDAMPINGAN iDAN iDUKUNGAN iTERHADAP iKOMPETENSI iUMKM DI iKOTA iBATAM iUNTUK iMEMPEROLEH iSERTIFIKASI iHALAL

Abstract


Penelitian iini ibertujuan imenganalisis ipengaruh pengetahuan, ipelatihan, pendampingan, idan idukungan iterhadap ikompetensi iUMKM idi iKota Batam dalam proses imemperoleh isertifikat ihalal. iPopulasi ipenelitian imencakup i60 UMKM imikro di iBatam iyang itelah imendapatkan isertifikat ihalal imelalui program iself ideclare SEHATI. iTeknik ipengambilan isampel iyang idigunakan adalah isampel ijenuh, sehingga iseluruh ipopulasi idijadikan iresponden. Penelitian ini imenggunakan imetode kuantitatif idengan ianalisis iregresi ilinier berganda. Hasil ipenelitian imenunjukkan bahwa ipengetahuan, ipelatihan, pendampingan, dan dukungan imasing-masing berpengaruh ipositif idan signifikan terhadap kompetensi UMKM. iSelain iitu, ikeempat variabel itersebut isecara simultan ijuga imemberikan pengaruh ipositif idan isignifikan terhadap ikompetensi UMKM.
